Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are actively searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk to become a part of our Housing Association team, based in LOVELAND, Colorado. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity where you will be expected to handle various tasks related to account reconciliation, accounts payable, and data entry tasks.
Responsibilities
• Efficiently process invoices, ensuring they are coded correctly
• Conduct regular check runs to keep up with payment schedules
• Maintain up-to-date and precise records of all accounts payable transactions
• Address and resolve any inquiries related to customer accounts in a timely manner
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data
• Ensure accurate data entry for all customer credit applications
• Be responsible for the prompt processing of all invoices.• Minimum of 5 years experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Proven capability in Account Reconciliation
• Demonstrable proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures
• Experience with Check Runs
• Expertise in Coding Invoices
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Proficiency in Invoice Processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Background in the Housing Association industry is desirable
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
