3 + years of HVAC experience
Can understand and interpret building plans and work off of mechanical plans
To provide training capabilities to other technicians/apprentice
Obtain tools to operate as a Journeyman Lead Installer
HVAC technical school is preferred
NATE certification is preferred (We provide the ability to gain certifications)
Experience with almost all types of heating and cooling equipment
Strong attention to detail is required
Valid drivers license
EPA Refrigerant Certification
Have acquired tools needed for Lead Installation Technician Position
