Responsibilities Include:
- Booking appointments with clients to strategize their coverage options
- Engage with clients in a friendly & professional manner, while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support & solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
- Collaborate with management teams to work towards company objectives
Requirements Include:
- Working laptop/computer with working camera and microphone for Zoom
- Monday-Friday
- Interpersonal skills - effective communication (verbal, non-verbal and written), collaboration and leadership
