Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position Summary

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our client in managing and booking transportation services. The CSR will handle trip reservations, document activities accurately, and provide excellent customer service for drivers, staff, and clients.

Essential Functions
  • Reservation Management:
    • Book trips using various systems, including Dial-a-Ride, RouteMatch, and ModivCare.
    • Collect and log accurate trip details such as customer name, contact information, origin/destination, and special accommodations.
    • Confirm fare details and process payments if needed.
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide courteous and professional communication with drivers, staff, and customers.
    • Assist with eligibility testing for trip approval as required.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Accurately record all activities, incidents, and special situations during shifts.
    • Monitor daily reservations and trip details for accuracy.
    • Track and report vehicle issues, accidents, or service delays.
  • Communication and Monitoring:
    • Answer phones and respond to inquiries or changes as needed.
    • Keep records of vehicle changes, driver updates, and special account requirements.
    • Assist with urgent transportation needs such as hospital discharges or special accounts.

  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems like Trapeze, RouteMatch, or similar tools is a plus.
