We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a direct-hire opportunity as a Pharmacist in Charge at a closed-door specialty mail-order 503a facility in West Palm Beach, FL. This facility specializes in compounding weight-loss medication, anti-aging medication, hormone replacement therapy, and other custom compounds.
To be considered for this role,recent experience with non-sterile compounding and a strong background in compounding pharmacy is required. Multi-state licensure (10 or more) is highly preferred. Retail pharmacists with limited non-sterile compounding experience will not be considered.
Schedule:
Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise staff pharmacists, pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production staff.
- Review batch records and associated documentation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
- Assist in documentation and completion of Adverse Drug Event forms.
- Hire, monitor, and terminate employees as necessary with CEO/President approval.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Compound pharmaceuticals as needed.
Requirements:
- Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of non-sterile compounding experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy management experience.
- Multi-state licensure (10 or more) preferred.
