We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling, with the ability to work on various residential projects. The Remodeler will be responsible for transforming kitchens according to client specifications while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Duties
- Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, including demolition, framing, drywall installation, cabinet setting, tile, light electrical and finishing work.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related roles.
- Proficiency in using power tools and construction equipment.
- Knowledge of drywall installation techniques and materials.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.
- Ability to project overviews and simple technical drawings effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
