We are seeking an enthusiastic Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is driven, outgoing, and eager to grow. With industry-leading compensation, the ability to make over $100K, and a supportive team environment, you will be challenged to succeed and thrive in this role. You can expect a base salary plus commission, with new representatives making an average base of $2,500 to $3,500 per month, along with bonus opportunities. With an expected monthly commission range is $2,000-$10,000+. The sky is the limit when it comes to your earning potential, and youll benefit from flexible work options after training.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance policies
  • Proactively contact leads to generate new business sales
  • Contact your personal network and participate in community networking groups (Chamber of Commerce, Leads groups, etc.)
  • Build relationships with mortgage and real estate brokers to drive sales
  • Follow the Home Team Allstate Insurance Sales Process consistently with all prospects
  • Manage a pipeline in our Prospect Management System and follow up with all prospects accordingly
  • Ensure accurate underwriting, including customer qualification and signed new business documents
  • Stay knowledgeable about new products and industry regulations

Requirements
  • Candidates must already have a Property & Casualty License or obtain it prior to starting.
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with confidence and a take-charge attitude
  • Sense of urgency to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines
  • Careful, organized, and detail-oriented approach
  • Self-starter with high energy and motivation to succeed
