We are seeking an enthusiastic Licensed Service and Sales Support Representative who is driven, outgoing, and eager to grow. With industry-leading compensation, you have the ability to make over $100K. In a supportive team environment, you will be challenged to succeed and thrive in this role. You can expect a base salary plus commission, with new representatives making an average base of $2,500 to $3,500 per month, along with bonus opportunities. Requirements

  • Candidates must already have a Property & Casualty License or obtain it prior to starting.
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with confidence and a take-charge attitude

Responsibilities

  • Support our current sales and service team by completing routine insurance-related tasks such as answering the phones, taking payments, answering simple insurance questions and making routine policy changes.
  • Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance policies
  • Follow the Home Team Allstate Insurance Sales Process consistently with all prospects
  • Ensure accurate underwriting, including customer qualification and signed new business documents
  • Stay knowledgeable about new products and industry regulations
