Litigation Forensic Accountant Required Experience
- 5+ year Accountant Experience, preferred in Divorce and Family Law
- Familiarity with financial implications in divorce and family law cases, such as asset tracing, valuation, and income verification, is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with forensic auditing procedures.
- Ability to review and analyze financial documents to uncover inaccuracies and discrepancies.
Litigation Forensic Accountant Job Responsibilities
- Experience organizing and reporting financial data to support legal cases, particularly in divorce or family law contexts.
- Strong ability to provide clear, detailed, and accurate financial analysis to assist in legal proceedings.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills, crucial for explaining complex financial matters in litigation settings.
- This role is designed for professionals with a background in forensic accounting and an understanding of financial nuances in legal disputes.
