UCHealth is seeking an experienced Radiation Oncology Manager to lead and optimize operations for our Poudre Valley Hospital Radiation Oncology Department at Harmony Campus and spearhead the launch of a new Radiation Oncology Center at UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in 2026. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and operational excellence within a progressive, regional radiation oncology program featuring state-of-the-art Varian/Siemens technology, integrated ARIA practice management and EPIC electronic health records. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in radiation oncology operations, clinical program development, and team leadership, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, safety, and service excellence in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technologist program. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Required Licensure/Certification: Registered as a Technologist (RT) and certified in Radiation Therapy (T) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). State licensure if required by law. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of related experience.

- Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives that directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
- Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
- Supports special projects and business analysis as requested.
