ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school team in Fort Collins, CO. This full-time position is available immediately and will run through the end of the school year. If youre committed to helping students achieve their goals, wed love to hear from you!
Position Details:
- Location: Fort Collins, CO
- Schedule: Full-time, ASAP End of School Year (EOSY)
- Caseload: K12 students
- Type: Itinerant position across multiple school sites
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations and therapy services to K12 students with a range of needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address students specific goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Travel between school sites as part of the itinerant role.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Colorado OT license.
- Previous school-based experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
