Call Schedule: must be available for phone calls 5pm-7am

PM&R: Sports/Ortho - 33%; CNS Rehab - 50%; Medical Rehab - 17%
Average number of patients per day: 14
Number of Physicians in a group: 7 PMR physicians
Locum tenens physician required to supervise other healthcare providers: No
Other PM&Rs be present during our locum tenens coverage: No

Referral/transfer protocol: Affiliated hospitals transfer from 13 miles and 28 miles are most common
