This PRN opportunity in our Northern Colorado market offers collaboration with fellowship-trained clinicians and is ideal for both new graduates and experienced therapists.

Compensation: Hourly rates range from $58.00 to $71.00, based on experience

Work Schedule: PRN, as-needed coverage

Responsibilities: 

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs, formulate specific treatment plans and goals, and implement these plans with physician approval.
  • Completion of all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner, including:
    • Initial evaluations
    • Daily treatment notes
    • Staffing reports
    • Discharge summaries
    • Reassessments
    • Patient education activities
    • Billing and insurance-related documentation
    • Other patient care-related documents as needed
  • Provide patient educational services, both verbally and in writing, documenting all educational activities and patient responses in charts.
  • Supervise the administration of physical therapy services by the Physical Therapy Assistant as needed.
  • Participate in treatment plan reviews, patient case review conferences, patient assessments and reassessments, and staffing with physicians.
  • Adhere to the company's established policies and procedures, including strict patient confidentiality.
  • Support the Medical Director in tasks such as Utilization Review and Quality Assurance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to practice in Colorado.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Flexibility to provide coverage at our Loveland, Greeley, and Fort Collins clinics.
