This PRN opportunity in our Northern Colorado market offers collaboration with fellowship-trained clinicians and is ideal for both new graduates and experienced therapists.
Compensation: Hourly rates range from $58.00 to $71.00, based on experience
Work Schedule: PRN, as-needed coverage
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs, formulate specific treatment plans and goals, and implement these plans with physician approval.
- Completion of all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner, including:
- Initial evaluations
- Daily treatment notes
- Staffing reports
- Discharge summaries
- Reassessments
- Patient education activities
- Billing and insurance-related documentation
- Other patient care-related documents as needed
- Provide patient educational services, both verbally and in writing, documenting all educational activities and patient responses in charts.
- Supervise the administration of physical therapy services by the Physical Therapy Assistant as needed.
- Participate in treatment plan reviews, patient case review conferences, patient assessments and reassessments, and staffing with physicians.
- Adhere to the company's established policies and procedures, including strict patient confidentiality.
- Support the Medical Director in tasks such as Utilization Review and Quality Assurance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to practice in Colorado.
- Current CPR certification.
- Flexibility to provide coverage at our Loveland, Greeley, and Fort Collins clinics.
