Produce and Butcher Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in meat or produce department supervision, with proven success in leading teams.
- Expertise in motivating team members and committed to providing excellent guest experiences.
- Strong background in financial management, driving cost-effective operations, and improving profitability.
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic about adopting new systems for improved efficiency.
