  • Lead Sales Team:
    • Manage and mentor a diverse, remote sales team, providing coaching, support, and performance reviews.
  • Develop Sales Strategies:
    • Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing client relationships.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets:
    • Oversee sales forecasting, set quotas, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals and KPIs.

  • Customer Relationships:
