Pharmacist - Per Diem Coverage - Retail Pharmacy - Kansas City, MO
A closed-door retail pharmacy associated with a clinic in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a per diem pharmacist to cover sick time and PTO. Ample notice will be provided for PTO coverage. Upcoming need: One week at the end of April.
Duties:
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance.
- Handle a prescription volume of approximately 200 Rx/day.
- Work alongside pharmacy technicians for support.
Pharmacy Hours:Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM.
- Per Diem coverage as needed (sick time/PTO).
- Upcoming need: One week at the end of April.
- No weekends.
Requirements:
- Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing.
- BLS/CPR Certification required.
- Certified Immunizer required.
- Notice of Intent (NOI) required (Pharmacists in Missouri must file an NOI with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy to administer vaccines or medications by prescription).
- Knowledge of Scriptpro preferred.
