Job Summary

We are a local, family run business providing high efficiency window replacements and doors to Northern Colorado. Our Sales team is a high performing group that values accountability and personal growth in various aspects of life, including family centered work schedule, a focus on mental health, nutrition and fitness. This position offers a tier 1 earning potential, with our team members consistently earning six figures or more annually. You can live and work anywhere within the Northern Colorado Corridor.

NoCo Door and Windows is a locally owned and operated Window Replacement company who specializes in high performance, energy saving doors and window replacement projects. We have the knowledge, relationships and credibility to communicate well with your needs. Our dedicated install crews and long standing supplier relationships allow us to handle any home remodeling or replacement project.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new business through door-to-door sales
  • Be able to knock 240 doors each week
  • 1 day per week allocated to training and administrative work.
  • Coordinators are responsible for quickly developing a positive and helpful relationship with our potential customers and setting an appointment with the decision makers for our Expert Door and Window Closer.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Willingness to engage in professional development training, including reading business, leadership, and sales books, and taking courses
  • Must have reliable transportation, ability to canvas assigned territories daily, and be comfortable working in a 100% commission sales position.

Qualifications

  • Self Starter, strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience in Canvasing Tools,
  • Manage customer scheduling for Closers and communication with other team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build quick rapport with clients
  • Strong customer service and rapport building abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team with a desire for income success
