Job Title: Early Childhood Special Education Teacher – Pre-Kindergarten

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to lead a Pre-Kindergarten classroom in Greeley, CO. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and interventions to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning, social interaction, and positive behavior.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
- Collaborate with families, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary teams to create and support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal special education laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education or related field (required).
- Teaching Certification in Early Childhood Special Education (required).
- Experience working with children with diverse learning needs in a Pre-K or Early Childhood setting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of child development, special education practices, and behavior management strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
