Job Summary

Responsible for the accurate mixing and tinting of stucco products to match customer color specifications, utilizing equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This role requires knowledge of stucco materials, color matching, and application techniques to ensure a high-quality finish for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Job Responsibilities

Color Matching & Tinting

  • Accurately match stucco colors to customer specifications using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Operate and maintain tinting equipment, including computer-assisted pigment dispensers.
  • Prepare and mix stucco batches to the required color and consistency.
  • Provide accurate and timely color samples for customer review.

Quality Control

  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all tinted stucco products.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Warehouse & Inventory Support

  • Assist with general warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, order pulling, and product put-away.
  • Manage inventory levels for pigments and stucco materials to ensure consistent availability.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a forklift (certification preferred).
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support operations.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Experience with color-matching (paint, stucco, or coatings) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with stucco or paint chemistry is a plus.
  • Ability to use and maintain tinting and mixing equipment.

Soft Skills

  • Reliable and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal communication.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, consistent results.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Follows instructions and established procedures.

Experience

  • Prior experience in the paint, stucco, or construction industry is preferred.
