LOCATION: Loveland, OH

PAY RATE: $16 to $18 per hour
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract to hire
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) and titles for new and pre-owned vehicles.
Efficiently handle license plate issues and transfers.
Submit required information to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for processing.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with state title regulations and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
