About The Position

We are seeking experience Registered Nurse's (RN) for a great career opportunity in Loveland, CO!


The Clinic RN (Registered Nurse) provides skilled nursing care



  • Assists in the examination, testing, and treatment of participants.

  • Implements orders written by primary care providers.

  • Triages participant and staff phone calls to determine the priority of care and routes accordingly.

  • Schedules outside appointments for participants when necessary.

  • Administers prescribed medications and treatments. Provides training to participants in self-administration of applicable medications and monitors medication compliance.

  • Documents all necessary information and maintains participant medical record(s).

  • Provides health counseling and education to participants and their families.

  • Observes, records, and reports participant’s condition and reaction to drugs and treatments to providers.

  • Assist with clinical teaching and clinical supervision of CNA Day Center staff.

  • Develops, implements, and maintains a current nursing care plan.


Details:



  • 4-6 month contract, temp to perm, or perm placement options

  • 2-4 patients per day in person , Rest of day is triaging

  • This role is similar to case management with a little bit of patient care

  • Start time 7:30am , 40 hours/week

  • Pay $41.73-54.28/hour

Job Requirements

  • Must be proficient in Epic EMR

  • 1+ years RN experience working with geriatrics

  • 1+ years acute care nursing experience preferred

  • BLS (AHA)

  • CO state or Compact RN license

  • Bi-lingual preferred but not required
